Which surfaces work best for setup?

We offer set up both indoors and outdoors on any level surface that includes grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, pavers and sports courts. For your safety and to avoid damage to our bouncers, we unfortunately CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt or uneven surfaces. We would love for you to send us some photos of the party space before your event date!

Are the inflatables clean?

OF COURSE! Cleanliness is a top priority for us, not only to provide a safe and positive experience for our clients, but also to maintain the quality of our equipment. We clean and disinfect before each event and do not book the same bounce house more than once during any given day to allow for proper care of each unit.

Do you require a deposit?

All rentals totaling under $175 require a deposit of $50 and all rentals totaling over $176 require a $100 deposit to reserve and balance paid in full no later than the day of your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take cash, check, Venmo and all major forms of credit and debit cards.

How far in advance should I make the reservation?

The sooner the better! Depending on the type of event and what your bounce house needs are, we suggest that you book as soon as you can to make sure a bounce house will be available for your special day!

How do I reserve my event date?

To reserve, please call, text or send us an email. We look forward to helping you with your upcoming event!

What is your weather policy?

If the event must be cancelled due to high winds, thunderstorms or other severe weather we will allow you to reschedule and use your deposit for a future booking up to one year from the original event date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations for any reason must be done at least one week prior to your event date to avoid losing your deposit.

How long is your rental period?

We do not do hourly rentals. We will work with you and your event details but typically we deliver either the night before or morning of your event and we pick up that evening or the next morning.

What areas do you serve?

We are currently serving Hendersonville and surrounding areas such as Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Madison and certain areas of Nashville. Certain areas may require a small travel fee. If you have a question about where you need your inflatable please give us a call!

Can you set up at public venues and parks?

YES! We are fully licensed and insured so we are qualified to set up our bounce houses at public places. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue/park does allow inflatables on site and that there is a power source available within 50ft of setup area. Please note, most parks do not have a power source available in which case you can add-on a generator rental to your reservation for an additional fee. Additionally, most public parks will require an attendant to be present for the duration of your event when renting a bounce house/inflatable. Please reach out to us with any specific park/venue questions! Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits or proof of insurance they need us to provide.

What if there is no electrical access?

We can handle that! If you do not have a power source within 50ft of the bounce house, we can provide a quiet generator with your rental for an additional fee.

Is your company insured?

We take the safety and security of our clients seriously. Wonder Inflatables is fully insured and licensed to provide bounce house rentals to the public. We are also state inspected and permitted.

How are the bounce houses secured?

Our #1 goal is to keep you and your loved ones safe so you can enjoy the fun! We use high-quality, durable equipment to keep our bounce houses attached and secured to the ground.

What do I need to provide/do to prepare for my inflatables arrival?

Please clean the area where the bounce house will be placed! This includes picking up the yard if you have a dog. Be prepared to show our team where you'd like the bounce houses plugged into electrical sources. If you are reserving The Vibe or two units you will have two blowers and will need two power sources to prevent tripping.

Can I add my own extension cords?

We do not allow more than one 100 ft extension cord. The further the bounce house is from the power source the less power the inflatable receives and it makes the bounce house too soft. If your bounce house location is too far from a power source we recommend renting one of our generators or using one of your own.

How many people can bounce at one time?
